As a Manager - Sales Operations & Analytics, you will have the responsibility of supporting the Head of Sales Operations & Network Development in various projects aimed at driving key cadences with relevant stakeholders. Your tasks will include owning and reporting key business KPIs, providing insights during business reviews, and making recommendations for next steps. The role necessitates a willingness to learn and adapt swiftly to different projects and teams. You will be expected to execute projects efficiently to achieve desired outcomes. In this position, you will utilize tools such as Salesforce DMS, Qlikview, and other systems to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and streamline workflows across Sales & Network Development teams. As an ideal candidate, you should be a quick learner, capable of context switching, proficient in data analysis, adept at cross-functional collaboration and communication, and detail-oriented. Your responsibilities will encompass evaluating gaps and enhancing productivity for zonal teams. You will lead projects across various teams and provide support for initiatives based on business requirements. Collaborating with relevant stakeholders and teams to ensure the attainment of metrics and targets will also be part of your role.
