Role Summary

Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Technical Responsibilities

Development & Architecture

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on
Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
development.
Provide
technical leadership
and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance guidelines.
Design and implement solutions across the
Salesforce platform
(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.), utilizing
Apex, Visualforce, and APIs
.
Build reusable knowledge bases, assets, and playbooks related to Salesforce development best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise (13-15 Years)

Must Have:
Minimum 13-15 years of experience, with a significant focus and deep proficiency in
Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
development.
Proven experience in mobilizing and transitioning delivery engagements on the Salesforce platform.
Expertise in the full
AMS lifecycle
(mobilization, transition, stabilization, run & evolve).
Exposure to GenAI technologies
and awareness of emerging technology trends relevant to Salesforce development.
Good to Have:
Experience in Application Migration Management; Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM).

Platform & Domain Knowledge

Strong experience in the
Salesforce
platform.
Functional Domain Knowledge in at least one key domain (Finance, HR, Supply Chain Management, Customer Experience).
Industry Exposure in one or more sectors (Health, Financial Services, Products, Technology, etc.).
