Job Description

As a Salesforce Agentforce, your role involves bridging the gap between business needs and advanced AI capabilities within the Salesforce platform. You will create intelligent, autonomous solutions within the Salesforce Ecosystem by translating complex business needs into actionable AI/ML solutions. Your strong analytical and troubleshooting skills will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI services into applications. - Experience with Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs. - Identify and provide recommendations on data strategy, data quality, and governance for AI initiatives. - Translate complex business needs into AI-driven Salesforce agents. - Implement and configure large language models (LLMs) for Salesforce agents. - Develop custom components, templates, and integrations for Agentforce. - Embed intelligent AI-powered agents into Salesforce environments. - Focus on the technical development, configuration, and optimization of AI agents. - Guide customers in adopting, activating, and expanding their use of Agentforce. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Salesforce with 3 to 9 years of experience. - Proficiency in Salesforce, Agentforce, SFDC Configuration, Apex, Rest or SOAP Integration, and LWC. - Location: Kochi Get ready to leverage your expertise in Salesforce and Agentforce to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business success.,
