Technical/Functional Skills

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
• Should have strong Hands-on experience in following functional areas

• Solution Design and Implementation:

  Design, configure, and implement FSL solutions, including setting up Work Orders, Service Appointments and Service Territories.

• Customization and Development:

  Develop custom functionality using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs to meet specific business needs.

• Integration:

  Integrate FSL with other enterprise systems such as MuleSoft, SAM and other third-party applications.

• Reporting and Analytics:

  Build reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights into service operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide Support as per defined SLAs
• Owns overall technical design.

• Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Flows, LWCs, SOQL, SOSL, and understanding of the mobile FSL app and its offline capabilities

• Experience with integration tools and protocols like REST/SOAP APIs is often required.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work with dispatchers and technicians.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

• Experience in creating technical design specifications and user documentation.
• Unit Testing & Integration Testing
• Training (Ad hoc and Support end user)
