We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience to support enterprise-level initiatives in the healthcare domain. Youll contribute to architecture, guide engineering teams, and work with stakeholders on high-impact Salesforce features.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Community CloudCollaborate with architects to define technical strategies and development best practicesDevelop Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIsUse Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines for code deploymentsManage and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers, participate in code/design reviewsCollaborate across business and IT to deliver user-friendly Salesforce solutions
Technical Skills Required:
Expert-level Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScriptStrong with REST & SOAP API integrations (Mulesoft is a plus)Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and deployment modelsKnowledge of Agile/Scrum and iterative development frameworksSalesforce Certifications (Developer/Architect) preferredQualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalentExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead, guide, and mentor development teamsExperience in budgeting, reporting, and infrastructure planning is a plus
