As a Salesforce Developer Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and drive value. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Building and maintaining Flows, Apex Classes, LWC Components, and other declarative/programmable solutions. - Developing and customizing functionality for technician flows, quote flows, APIs, and communication triggers. - Collaborating with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs. - Ensuring best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and deployment within the Salesforce platform. - Leading or supporting solution architecture reviews and participating in sprint planning and code reviews. - Working with integration teams to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems and platforms. Qualifications required for this role: - 5 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. - Strong experience in building Flows (record-triggered, screen flows, etc.) and custom logic. - Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and external data handling. - Experience with CI/CD, version control (e.g., Git), and Salesforce DX is a plus. - Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder).
