Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce platform configurations and customizations.
- Develop and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components as needed.
- Implement configuration changes including workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Collaborate with functional teams to support environment management and testing activities.
- Participate in Salesforce release cycles and ensure successful rollout of changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and provide ongoing support for business users.
- Document technical changes and support knowledge transfer activities.
Qualification:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce administration tasks including object customization and user roles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, Gearset, etc.).
- Understanding of Salesforce data model and integration patterns.
- Nice to have skill(s)
