As a Salesforce Developer at our company located in Koregaon Park, Pune, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing version control systems for OmniStudio components. Your responsibilities will include developing and enforcing a Git branching strategy, utilizing Salesforce CLI and OmniStudio Build Tool for component management, and establishing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as AWS CodeBuild. You will be tasked with automating deployment processes, managing environment configurations, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues and enhance deployment practices. Your expertise will be utilized in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows. Additionally, you will customize and configure Salesforce Industry Clouds, particularly Energy & Utilities Cloud, and optimize Salesforce integrations with external applications and APIs while ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and coding standards. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development. Your expertise should include 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL, as well as 2+ years of DevOps experience focusing on CI/CD, release management, and automation. Proficiency in OmniStudio, EPC, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and other relevant technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem is essential. You are expected to have a strong understanding of Salesforce API integrations (REST/SOAP) and event-driven architectures, along with knowledge of environment management practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I are highly desirable, and a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce technologies and development practices. Effective communication and collaboration skills are also key requirements for this role.
