Salesforce Developer - nCino

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with specialized expertise in the nCino Bank Operating System to join our dynamic and collaborative remote team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Salesforce development along with deep functional and technical knowledge of nCino, particularly in areas such as Loan Origination and Commercial Banking.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions that support business-critical financial operations. This is a great opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on Salesforce and nCino using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow.
- Configure and customize nCino modules including Loan Origination, DocGen, and Commercial Banking workflows.- Implement and optimize automation processes across the Salesforce/nCino ecosystem.- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to understand business needs and deliver robust technical solutions.- Follow Salesforce development best practices including CI/CD, Git version control, and test-driven development (TDD).- Conduct peer code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.- At least 3+ years of experience working with nCino, with a focus on Bank Operating System workflows.- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.- Proven experience with Loan Origination, Commercial Lending, and financial product implementation within nCino.- Experience with integration technologies using REST/SOAP APIs.- Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.- Skilled in unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication.- Ability to work independently in a remote, agile team setting.Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
- nCino certification or experience with large-scale nCino implementations.- Familiarity with DocGen tools, security models, and user access management in Salesforce.
