Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop customized solutions in Sales and/or Service Cloud
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Build using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and Flows
Design UI using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS
Integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability
Ensure platform governance and security compliance
Troubleshoot and enhance system usability
Stay updated with Salesforce advancements

Qualifications:

Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3–5 years of experience in business application support
2+ years of Force.com development (Apex, LWC)
Strong SOQL knowledge
Salesforce certifications preferred

Desired Skills:

Experience leading end-to-end project implementations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive in learning and applying new technologies
