As a Tech Lead Salesforce Developer, you will have an overall 6+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM, specifically in Health and Service Cloud, with your current role as a Senior Developer. It is essential that you have expertise in developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will include Salesforce design and development throughout each phase of the development process. You will also be responsible for developing configurable solutions within the Salesforce platform, involving designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop configurable solutions within the Salesforce platform. - Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications. - Possess technical skills in Salesforce Development, Omnistudio, Health Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Administration. Conduct code reviews. - Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrate Salesforce.com with other systems. - Apply best practices and design patterns for applications on the Salesforce.com platform. - Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements, and production issues. - Experience in Partner community, with certifications in Health Cloud and other external certifications being desirable. - Guide the technical team with technical advice, code review comments, and industry best practices. - Debug and provide ongoing technical support for existing applications built using custom apex code on the Force.com platform. - Collaborate with other IT/Developers for business integration. - Knowledge of Agile Methodology. Qualifications Required: - Certification in Health Cloud (mandatory), OmniStudio (mandatory), PD1/PD2 (mandatory), Service Cloud (mandatory), and exposure to Gen AI.
