Salesforce Developer

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to determine business, functional, and technical requirements. You will participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Additionally, you will perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform, engage in testing, training, and documentation efforts, and actively participate in the sales cycle as needed. Your role will involve producing tangible deliverables, engaging in continuous improvement efforts, providing technical assistance, mentoring junior developers, and effectively communicating with both client technical teams and business owners. Key Responsibilities: - Meet with clients to determine business, functional, and technical requirements - Participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment - Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform - Engage in testing, training, and documentation efforts - Participate in the sales cycle (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating, project planning) - Produce requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, and project plans - Engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design and support - Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting - Review implementation done by less experienced developers and offer feedback - Mentor junior and mid-level developers, designate tasks effectively - Set up a development environment independently - Communicate effectively with client technical teams and business owners - Demonstrate knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools - Work with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML) - Utilize Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM - Possess excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience working on Salesforce platforms - Experience with Lightning Web Components - Velocity Communication Cloud Experience - Hands-on experience with Vlocity DataRaptor, Vlocity Cards, Vlocity OmniScript, VlocityDX, Vlocity Integration Procedures - Vlocity CPQ certification preferred - Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companies - Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration - Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing) - Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery,
