Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time / Contract Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Customization & Development : Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other tools. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, workflows, process builder flows, and triggers. Customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency. Integration : Integrate Salesforce with external systems, APIs, and third-party applications. Implement RESTful and SOAP-based web services to facilitate integration. Data Management : Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and external systems. Develop custom reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making. Troubleshooting & Support : Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for development and testing. Collaboration : Work with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and project teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure that the Salesforce platform is scalable and can accommodate future business needs. Release Management : Assist in deployment and version control processes using tools like Git, Salesforce DX, and change sets. Ensure the timely release of custom features and updates in line with project schedules. Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for custom developments, integrations, and processes. Develop user manuals or training materials as needed. Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills : Proficient in Salesforce development tools and languages: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL. Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, external services, and middleware tools. Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools and features (e.g., Data Loader, Data Import Wizard). Knowledge of Salesforce's security model, including profiles, permission sets, and roles. Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. Proven experience working on Salesforce customizations, integrations, and deployment projects. Familiarity with Agile development practices and methodologies. Certifications : Salesforce Platform Developer I (required), Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred). Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification is a plus. Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
