Salesforce Developer

As a Lead Salesforce Developer with 6-7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in adhering to the company's software development lifecycle. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the design, coding, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation of system and application programs. You will work closely with fellow developers to ensure quality and uniformity in code development while engaging in architectural planning, design discussions, and code evaluations. Your key responsibilities will include drafting technical design blueprints based on business requirements, evaluating functional specifications and design frameworks, and developing technical documentation at both operational and system levels. You must be proficient in Apex programming, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and JavaScript UI frameworks to build responsive applications within the Salesforce ecosystem. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with web services such as SOAP API, REST API, Bulk API, and Metadata API for system integrations and API development. Your technical expertise should also extend to SOQL and SOSL query languages for efficient data retrieval, code performance tuning, software design patterns, data modeling, backend logic development, and Lightning Web Components. Experience with version control systems, agile development methodologies, and strong problem-solving skills are also essential for this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with the team and stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based in either Bangalore or Noida, requiring candidates to be willing to commute to either location as needed for on-site engagements.
