As a skilled Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of experience, specializing in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end implementation of CRM solutions. This involves engaging with business stakeholders, developing solutions, integrating external systems, and providing support throughout the software development lifecycle. Your key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with business teams and solution architects to gather requirements and offer scalable technical solutions for Sales and Service Cloud. - Configuring Sales Cloud functionalities such as lead, opportunity, and account management workflows. - Implementing and optimizing Service Cloud features like case management, SLAs, entitlements, and service console. - Designing and developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components to enhance user experience. - Customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud for self-service capabilities. Moreover, you will: - Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using MuleSoft or custom REST/SOAP APIs. - Maintain custom data models, automate workflows, build approval processes, configure case routing, and implement role hierarchies for secure data access. - Support testing cycles, manage deployments, and provide post-deployment support including user enablement, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
