Salesforce Developer / Admin - Contract

As a Salesforce Admin / Developer at FalconX, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our Revenue Operations function to new heights. You will be responsible for driving important Salesforce work to completion, ensuring smooth operations for the Revenue function. Working closely with various stakeholders across the business, you will gain exposure to different functions, people, and business perspectives. Your core responsibilities will include partnering with the Salesforce architect to manage the sprint tracking board, completing deliverables, making necessary adjustments to fields, automations, and notifications, supporting the build-out of integrations to third-party providers, and maintaining and communicating the to-do list to the Head of Revenue Operations. You will also collaborate with Product Managers and the architect on special projects, manage user access, resolve ad-hoc queries, and serve as a key point-of-contact for APAC Salesforce requests. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration, preferably in the banking/finance industry. You must be proficient in various Salesforce cloud instances such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. Additionally, you should have expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC. Certification in Salesforce Admin and Developer is required, with Consulting certifications being a plus. Your skills should include proficiency in Salesforce design, development, and deployment, continuous integration & development lifecycle, Apex coding, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce, Lightning Design System, and general web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript. You should be able to write, interpret, and debug codebase, work on Salesforce integration with external platforms, design Flow, and call apex functions. A solid understanding of Salesforce Data Model, object relationships, security, permissions, and sharing rules is essential. Experience with AppExchange applications and customization, working in an Agile environment, and delivering tasks in each sprint is expected.
