Salesforce Delivery Technology Leader

Role Overview: You are being sought after to become a seasoned Salesforce Delivery Technology Leader who will be responsible for overseeing and empowering an offshore technical delivery team. Your role will involve equal parts coaching, strategizing, and executing to enhance team performance, drive technical excellence, and align delivery with business objectives. Leading a high-performing offshore team comprising developers and technical leads, you will ensure alignment with client expectations, internal quality standards, and utilization targets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of offshore Salesforce technical resources (developers, technical leads) across multiple offshore locations. - Monitor and drive team performance, productivity, and utilization to ensure alignment with global delivery goals. - Manage day-to-day staffing, resource planning, and workload allocation in coordination with onshore teams. - Design and lead technical enablement programs to keep the team updated with Salesforce platform advancements such as Data Cloud, LWC, Service/Experience Cloud, Apex, and AI. - Establish a technical career pathing program and set clear upskilling objectives by role level. - Act as a mentor and coach, supporting both junior and senior team members with personalized development plans. - Collaborate with resource managers, project managers, technical leads, and solution architects to ensure quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and technical best practices. - Own reporting on offshore team utilization, performance metrics, skills inventory, and capacity planning. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in Salesforce.com implementation and technical delivery. - 3+ years in a leadership or people management role, preferably overseeing offshore teams. - Strong expertise in Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and technical stack (Apex, LWC, integrations, Data Model). - Deep understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Passion for mentoring and upskilling talent; experience designing learning journeys or enablement programs is a strong plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones and cultures. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect) highly preferred.
