Salesforce Delivery Manager & Technical Architect

As a Salesforce Delivery Manager & Technical Architect at our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading our Salesforce initiatives and establishing a top-notch Salesforce practice. Your responsibilities will include: - **Salesforce Practice Leadership**: - Establish and scale the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and internal delivery practice. - Define delivery frameworks, governance models, coding standards, and technical best practices. - Mentor and grow a team of Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants. - **Architecture Ownership**: - Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across various Salesforce Clouds and integrations with ERP and eCommerce systems. - Define enterprise-grade technical architectures, data models, and integration patterns. - Ensure successful delivery on time and within scope. - **Enterprise Architecture**: - Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems and eCommerce platforms. - Align Salesforce with broader enterprise architecture and IT governance standards. - Leverage API frameworks, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and event-driven architecture. - **Innovation & Technical Leadership**: - Stay updated on Salesforce ecosystem innovations including AI, Data Cloud, and automation features. - Provide thought leadership on Salesforce scalability, performance optimization, and security. - Contribute to solution accelerators, reusable components, and intellectual property. In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate should possess: - 10+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, including delivery lead or architect roles. - Proven expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds and hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, and integration frameworks. - Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment strategy, as well as integrations with ERP and eCommerce systems. - Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and experience in leading end-to-end Salesforce project delivery. - Prior certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are preferred.
