Salesforce Data Cloud - Sr Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Elevance Health, your role involves designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce-based solutions to enhance customer engagement, data-driven marketing, and automation. You will work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Data Cloud to build and optimize marketing campaigns, manage customer data, develop integrations, and ensure personalized customer experiences. - Design, develop, and configure solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Data Cloud. - Build and optimize Journeys, Campaigns, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio in SFMC for marketing automation. - Manage and unify customer data using Salesforce Data Cloud for segmentation and personalization. - Develop integrations between SFMC, Data Cloud, and other systems using APIs, AMP script, and SQL. - Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud for advanced customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven personalization. - Monitor and optimize campaign performance, data processing, and automation workflows for better efficiency. Qualifications Required: - 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. - Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio. - Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) for customer segmentation and data modeling. - Proficiency in SQL, REST & SOAP APIs for automation and customization.
