Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst

to lead requirements gathering, solution design, and functional implementation for complex Salesforce CPQ programs. The role requires strong functional expertise in Salesforce CPQ, hands-on configuration for prototyping, and the ability to manage end-to-end stakeholder interactions in global, multi-vendor environments.

Experience Requirements

• Total IT Experience: Minimum 5 years
• Salesforce Experience: Minimum 4 years
• Salesforce CPQ Experience: 23 end-to-end CPQ implementations

Role Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Create and maintain detailed functional documentation
• Lead Salesforce CPQ solution design and prototype configurations
• Conduct design workshops and user walkthroughs
• Coordinate with offshore configuration, development, and QA teams
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and clarity of requirements
