Salesforce Copado SME /Lead

As a Salesforce Copado SME/Technical Lead, your role involves leveraging your expertise in Salesforce development, architecture design, and Copado's DevOps platform to lead the technical delivery of complex Salesforce solutions. You will ensure efficient development, testing, and deployment processes through automation and best practices within the Copado ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical design sessions to architect robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements, utilizing Copado features for streamlined development and deployment. - Define data models, integration points, and system architecture with scalability and performance optimization in mind. - Develop detailed technical documentation to guide implementation teams. - Proficiently use Copado features like version control, continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment pipelines. - Configure Copado workflows to automate tasks and improve release velocity. - Implement best practices for utilizing Copado to ensure quality and consistency across projects. - Review and guide development activities, ensuring code quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with project standards. - Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Copado's integration capabilities. - Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proactively identify and address risks and issues, providing timely solutions and mitigation strategies. Required Skills: - Deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and other Salesforce development tools. - Comprehensive knowledge of Copado features like version control, deployment pipelines, automated testing, and change management. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions considering data modeling, security, and performance considerations. - Understanding of continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and agile methodologies. - Effective communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Salesforce Certified Technical Architect and Copado Certified Developer or Architect. - Strong understanding of version control (git), branching and merging strategies, and build setup. - Experience in handling salesforce metadata, environments, and sandbox management. - Programming and scripting abilities in languages like YML, Groovy Script. - Familiarity with AppSec/DevSecOps tooling such as Veracode SAST and DAST. - Exposure to automation orchestration tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) and Github.,
