Salesforce Conga CLM Developer

You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and enhancing the clients" online platform, ensuring continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include researching, suggesting, and implementing new technology solutions following best practices and standards. You will be tasked with ensuring the resiliency and availability of various products while being a productive member of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and contribute to the techno-functional implementation of Conga CLM solutions. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and process analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions. - Design, configure, and enhance components within Conga CLM, such as Agreement Templates, Clause Libraries, and Templates. - Develop and manage Salesforce automation features including Flows, Process Builders, Triggers, Apex Classes, and Custom Settings. - Integrate Conga CLM with third-party systems using Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs. - Ensure seamless end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management workflows. - Participate actively in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprints, planning, and reviews. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) development and/or functional experience. - Minimum of 12+ years of real-world experience with Conga CLM (formerly Apttus). - At least 2+ years of experience as a Conga CLM Functional Consultant/Business Analyst/Business Design Consultant. - Solid understanding of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process and related best practices. - Experience with Salesforce integration, REST/SOAP APIs, and connecting business applications like Conga and DocuSign. - Strong workshop facilitation skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders. - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
