Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) - B2C - Developer / Senior / Lead Developer

We are seeking a Senior / Lead Backend Developer with extensive expertise in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to join our agile squad team supporting various global luxury brands (maisons). Your primary responsibilities will include constructing robust backend solutions, fostering technical excellence, and guiding junior developers through SFCC implementations. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on multi-brand architecture, promote innovation in SFRA and Headless Commerce environments, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. With a minimum of 4-8 years of hands-on development experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC), you must hold the Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer Certification (mandatory) and preferably the Salesforce B2C Commerce Architect Certification. Your deep knowledge should encompass SFCC development methodologies, including SFRA and Headless architectures. Demonstrated experience with OCAPI, SCAPI, and Business Manager customizations is essential, along with proficiency in JavaScript, ISML, and backend logic for SFCC. You will be expected to have practical experience with integrations (APIs, middleware, external services), solid comprehension of performance optimization, security, and accessibility standards in ecommerce, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your passion for developing clean, maintainable, and unit-tested code is crucial, along with prior experience in agile/squad-based teams and supporting multiple brands. Preferred skills include familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in SFCC ecosystems, version control (Git), Jira, Confluence, as well as exposure to internationalization/localization and multi-site frameworks. Your responsibilities will involve developing and maintaining high-quality backend code for Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC), implementing and optimizing solutions using SFRA and Headless (OCAPI/SCAPI) models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices in performance, security, and accessibility, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and participating in agile ceremonies.
