You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. It is essential for you to work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements. You will be required to create user stories, process flows, and wireframes to support solution design. Collaborating with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams is a key part of delivering quality solutions. Additionally, conducting gap analysis and recommending system improvements will be one of your responsibilities. You will also facilitate UAT and end-user training sessions, as well as support post-implementation troubleshooting and enhancements. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 1 year specifically on Salesforce Service Cloud. A good understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Service Cloud functionalities such as Cases, Knowledge, Omnichannel, and CTI, is necessary. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred, along with excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. This is a full-time position with the possibility of being contractual/temporary or freelance, with a contract length of 12 months.
