Salesforce Automation QA

Role Overview: You are being hired as a Salesforce Automation QA with 5-8 years of experience to work in Pune (Hybrid), India. Your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java. You will also collaborate within a scrum team to test internal and customer-facing applications and ensure consistency across devices, browsers, and operating systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java. - Utilize CI/CD practices for continuous integration. - Develop reusable and modular components for multiple test scripts. - Identify automation feasibility test scenarios and prepare test data for script consumption. - Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and identify issues and performance bottlenecks. - Perform code reviews of automated test scripts to ensure best practices and coding standards. - Mentor junior automation engineers and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. - Collaborate within a scrum team to test internal and customer-facing applications. - Communicate testing activities and findings effectively both orally and in writing. - Work with technical leaders and architects to understand new product requirements. Qualification Required: - Degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver and Java. - Proficiency in Java programming language. - Familiarity with the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber. - Experience with database queries (DML and DQL) and SOQL. - Working knowledge of TestNG, Maven, Extent Reports, and Jenkins. - Experience in a scrum development environment and familiarity with JIRA. - Proficiency in GIT/BITBUCKET. - Preferred knowledge of Postman and Rest Assured. - Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.,
