As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will contribute to various projects by developing Lightning components, Bulkify Apex, Workflow Rules, Process Builders, Flows, User Profile Setup, and Validation Rules. You will be responsible for implementing scalable and efficient business logic, thereby aiding in the development of software solutions. Your role will also involve leading code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, fostering a culture of quality assurance within the team. Moreover, you will be expected to manage and mentor junior developers, coordinate cross-functional teams effectively, and achieve project milestones. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, workflows, process builders, Flows, integration tools, and data migration is essential. Possessing at least 3 certifications from a specified list is also required. The ideal candidate should have experience with Salesforce AI features and integration, with additional experience in banking or telecom projects considered a plus. Strong collaboration, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills are crucial for this role.
