Salesforce Architect

Job Title: Salesforce Architect Location: Cyber Greens, Cybercity, Gurugram Experience: 8+ years Employment Type: Full-time Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as other major clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with stakeholders, guide technical teams, and ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture. Responsibilities: Design and implement enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and best practices. Architect Marketing Cloud solutions, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Personalization. Lead integrations between Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud) and third-party systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools. Define data models, security architecture, and governance policies to ensure optimal performance. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentor Salesforce developers and admins. Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in an Architect role. Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, etc.). Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Middleware tools). Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Technical Architect are a plus. Experience in Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD for Salesforce deployments. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and solution designs. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio). Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and Einstein Analytics. Understanding of multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and best practices.
