As a Salesforce Environment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the environment management of Salesforce orgs and handling deployments across multiple orgs. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Overseeing Salesforce Data Cloud environments in development, staging, and production stages. - Defining best practices for environment setup, security, and governance. - Managing data pipelines, ingestion processes, and harmonization rules to ensure efficient data flow. - Establishing role-based access control (RBAC) for data security and compliance. - Monitoring data processing jobs, ingestion performance, and data harmonization processes. - Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant standards. - Setting up CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps. - Implementing version control and automated deployment strategies for Data Cloud configurations. - Defining a data refresh strategy for lower environments to maintain data consistency. To qualify for this role, you should have the following mandatory technical skills: - Extensive experience in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce apps. - Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps tools and pipeline creation, along with proficiency in automation scripting (YAML primarily, with additional languages as needed). - Hands-on experience with SFDX, Azure Repos, and automated release deployments for Salesforce. - Expertise in implementing GIT branching strategies using VS Code integrated with Salesforce CLI tool. Additionally, you should possess the following mandatory skills: - Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and best practices. - Experience with data lake, Snowflake, or other cloud-based data storage solutions. - Familiarity with OAuth, authentication mechanisms, and data security standards. - Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.
