Job Title: Salesforce Application Developer - Intermediate Years of Experience: 5-7 years Location: Hybrid (Bangalore) About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Application Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires an active Salesforce Developer who is proficient in complex coding for both UI and backend using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and APEX . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing the efficacy of our Salesforce CRM platform. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations that align with our business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing , to deliver scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce applications using LWC and APEX . Implement customized Salesforce solutions, ensuring that they meet user requirements and align with business objectives. Perform end-to-end development, including the creation of custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce environment. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems using APIs and middleware solutions. Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Maintain proper documentation of all Salesforce customizations, configurations, and development processes. Continuously evaluate new Salesforce technologies, features, and best practices to enhance existing systems. Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards, security guidelines, and data privacy policies. Must-Have Skills Lightning Web Components (LWC): Strong hands-on experience in building responsive and scalable UI components. APEX Programming: Proficiency in designing complex business logic, triggers, and asynchronous processes. Integration Experience: Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide innovative solutions. Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with business stakeholders and technical teams. Good-to-Have Skills Experience working with HubSpot and integrating it with Salesforce. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for marketing automation and campaign management. Exposure to Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Familiarity with Salesforce DX for development and deployment processes.
