Experience: 5–10 years in FMCG training & sales development
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver sales training modules for FMCG sales team.
· Conduct induction programs, refresher trainings, and on-field coaching.
· Develop training content on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market strategies.
· Monitor performance improvement post-training and ensure ROI.
· Motivate and engage field sales force to achieve business targets.
Skills & Requirements:
· Highly energetic with excellent presentation & motivational skills.
· Proven experience in FMCG sales training and field force development.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to travel for on-field training sessions.
