Sales Trainee

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups. Organizing site visits and property presentations. Build and maintain a database of potential customers Participate in sales promotions, events, and marketing campaigns. Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain proper sales records. Understand project details, pricing, and unique selling propositions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Qualification & Skills: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field). Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience can apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of the real estate market is an added advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
