Job Title: Sales & Telemarketing Associate – Sova Computer

Job Type: Full-Time / Part Time(In-Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales & Telemarketing Associate to join our IT & Digital Agency. Your main job is to call potential customers, explain our services, and convert them into qualified leads or paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new prospects and introduce our services.
• Provide clear information about Website Design, Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing services.
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable services.
• Maintain call records and follow up with interested leads.
• Convert leads into confirmed clients.
• Work with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, or digital marketing services is a plus.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Confident, polite, and comfortable making outbound calls.
