As a Sales Telecaller & Site Visit Executive at the growing real estate team in Jaipur, your role involves handling property inquiries over the phone, briefing customers, and coordinating and conducting site visits. You will play a crucial part in driving sales conversions and providing excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make outbound calls to potential property buyers and follow up on leads. - Explain property details including location, amenities, pricing, and project highlights. - Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective clients. - Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to drive sales conversions. - Keep records of calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and site visits using basic CRM tools or Excel. - Coordinate with internal teams and property developers for scheduling and client updates. **Requirements:** - Excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Basic knowledge of real estate sales (training provided). - Comfortable with field visits within Jaipur. - Fluency in Hindi and basic English (Marwari is a plus). - 12th pass or graduate in any discipline. - A two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred for site visits).
