Position: Sales Telecaller (Intern) – Finance Background
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote financial products and services.
• Explain company offerings clearly and confidently to generate interest and convert leads.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM/Excel sheets.
• Follow-up with leads and assist in the onboarding process.
• Support the sales and business development team with lead generation activities.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of financial products/services preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with clients.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience (6 months to 1 year) is desirable.
• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and willingness to learn.
