We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Team Lead to drive sales performance and lead a team of field sales executives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have strong leadership skills, and be capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through field-based sales strategies. Conduct regular market visits with team members to coach, train, and support them on sales pitches. Monitor and report team performance metrics (daily calls, meetings, conversions, etc.) to senior management. Work closely with the marketing and inside sales teams to coordinate lead handovers and campaigns. Train new joiners and ensure all team members are well-versed with Vyapar's product offerings. Resolve field-level challenges and escalate complex issues promptly. Ensure timely data collection, reporting, and CRM usage by the sales team Desired Candidate Profile MBA in Marketing from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institute. Knowhow and Intent for Field Sales Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools and mobile reporting apps. Comfortable with travel within the assigned region.
