Sales Support – Back Office (Plastics & Polymers)

Sales support-Executive(Back office-Executive)

• Monitor and update daily/weekly Polymer Prices (PE, PP, PVC, PET, etc.) from reliable sources.
• Maintain and organize the Raw Material Price File for sales and procurement reference.
• Sales Support -Executive (Back Office)
• Support the sales team with costing sheets, technical formulations, and material selection.
• Update and track Additives, Pigment & Dye Prices for accurate product pricing.
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities in plastic and polyester materials.
• Collaborate with the R&D and technical teams on formulation changes and customer-specific requirements.
• Respond to sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with the supply chain for order tracking.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer data, and pricing databases.
• Prepare MIS reports related to price trends, customer quotes, and material cost fluctuations.
• Knowledge of polymers, additives, pigments, dyes, and polyester materials is essential.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in back-office sales support, preferably in the plastics or chemical industry.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
