Sales Supervisor Jewellery Division

The Sales Supervisor in the Jewellery Division will be responsible for presenting products and providing detailed information to customers, including product features, benefits, and availability, while also ensuring quick responses to customer needs. You will assign sales workers to duties, prepare work schedules, and monitor sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and quality goods. Additionally, achieving personal and team sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and supervising employees engaged in sales activities will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be required to instruct staff on handling complex sales situations and organizing merchandise displays. The ideal candidate for this position should have 5-7 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion, luxury retail, or jewelry, at a Supervisor or Manager level. Good communication skills are essential, and flexibility to work on days, weekends, and holidays is required. The work location will be in person at various branches in Nagercoil, Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, Tuticorin, Sivakasi, Theni, Aruppukottai, Cumbum, Palani, and Coimbatore.
