As a Sales Closer at our company, your main responsibility will be to conduct a minimum of 6 sales demos daily, with a target of 8, which will be scheduled for you by our presales team. You will not be required to engage in cold prospecting. Your goal will be to drive each call towards a decision, aiming to close deals directly on the call whenever possible. To achieve this, you will follow a proven sales structure involving building rapport, conducting discovery, delivering a presentation, handling objections, and finally closing the deal. It is crucial to consistently meet and surpass monthly targets as top performers can earn well above the set targets. We are seeking individuals who possess a strong understanding of consultative sales and are adept at managing the flow of a sales conversation from beginning to end. The role requires resilience and hunger as it is fast-paced and rewarding, involving long hours. Ideal candidates should have a proven track record in either B2C or B2B inside sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a closing role. Excellent communication and objection-handling skills are essential, as well as a willingness to receive feedback and rapidly develop your skills. In return for your contributions, you can expect high earnings potential with no commission cap.
