Job Title: Male/Female Sales Staff

Location: Kottayam

Job Summary:

The Sales Staff is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. They are the frontline representatives of the store, helping to achieve sales targets and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
• Assist in achieving monthly and daily sales targets.
• Maintain stock display, cleanliness, and product arrangement.
• Process sales transactions through billing counters or POS systems.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Keep up-to-date with current promotions and new product launches.
• Assist in stock-taking and inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a friendly personality.
• Basic knowledge of computers and billing software is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹600.00 - ₹700.00 per day
