Sales Staff Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our wedding dress rental company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting brides and customers in selecting dresses, providing excellent customer service, managing bookings, and achieving sales . This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a sense of style, and the ability to create a memorable shopping experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide personalized consultations to brides and customers, helping them select suitable wedding dresses and accessories.
• Explain rental packages, pricing, policies, and fitting schedules clearly to clients.
• Manage dress reservations, fittings, and timely returns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
