As a Senior Sales Specialist Engineering Softwares, your role will involve driving the growth of the engineering software portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and providing technically sound solutions to meet customer requirements. You will play a key role in promoting products such as CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM, and architectural design tools, helping clients streamline their engineering and design workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and qualify leads in target industries such as manufacturing, AEC, automotive, and product design. - Promote engineering software solutions (e.g., SolidWorks, Hexagon, Coohom, ARES Commander) through demos, presentations, and consultations. - Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations aligned with client needs. - Work closely with technical/pre-sales teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client onboarding. - Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines using CRM tools. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to expand market presence. - Provide market feedback and collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine strategy. - Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and influencers. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - MBA / Bachelors degree in Engineering / Diploma - Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales of engineering or technical software. - Strong understanding of CAD/CAE/PLM tools and their application in real-world scenarios. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to present complex technical products in a business-friendly language. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos.
