Job Role : Sales Site Executive
Gender: Both ( Male & Female )
Timing : 10 am to 6 pm
Education: Graduate and above
Location: Ranchi
Experience: Freshers / Experience ( Real estate / Construction sales ) Preferred.
Salary: 20k to 30k plus incentive based on performance.
Responsibility
* Managed day - to - day update
* Generate leads, follow up with Client and close sales.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target.
* Manage customer visit and handle negotiation.
Required
* Strong Communication & Convincing Skill.
* Ability to manage team and site operations.
* Sales experience in Real estate / Construction ( Preferred )
* Must have own Vehicle
