Sales Representatives

• Interact telephonically and via email with customers registered online in portal to understand well their business requirements
• Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain relationships and retain customers.
• Maintain a detailed database of client information and interactions
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
• Experienced in sales function, preferably business to business sales
• Comfortable in working with monthly sales targets
• Experienced in convincing clients to conclude a sale
• Highlight the key features of the portal and encourage customers to try the features.
• Coordinate with the back-end team as required to deliver the services
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, work independently and with little supervision and complete assigned tasks successfully
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity adhere to company policy and maintain a professional attitude and demeanor
• Any other tasks assigned by the Manager/ Operations within the broad scope of the business operation.
• Collaborate with the others team to develop strategies for growth

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Athipalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• fresher: 1 year (Required)
• B2B sales (Fresher): 1 year (Required)
