Key Responsibilities: 💬 Engage with walk-in clients, phone inquiries, and leads from online platforms to present membership options. 💡 Explain gym facilities, services, classes, and pricing with confidence and clarity. 🎯 Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and lead follow-ups. 🤝 Build strong relationships with prospective and current members by understanding their fitness goals and recommending suitable plans. 🧾 Handle membership sign-ups, payment processing, and contract documentation. 📊 Maintain accurate records of leads, walk-ins, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems or spreadsheets. 📣 Participate in promotional campaigns—both in-gym and off-site—to attract new clients. 🧠 Stay informed about new fitness trends, promotions, and gym services to better inform clients.
