We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients looking to plan their perfect getaways. Your mission? Craft personalized, boutique itineraries that turn travel dreams into unforgettable experiences. This is a customer-facing role where your communication, problem-solving, and sales skills will shine as you help clients with end-to-end travel planning. Key Responsibilities Research and gain in-depth knowledge of travel destinations (as assigned by the team). Collaborate with managers to develop persuasive sales pitches. Interact with customers to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget. Design customized, boutique travel itineraries tailored to client requirements. Revise itineraries based on client feedback to ensure satisfaction. Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential customers to guide them toward booking. Implement feedback from team leads and managers for continuous improvement. Strive to meet and exceed lead-to-sale conversion rates and monthly sales targets. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team. Previous experience in sales or the travel industry is an added advantage. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets is a plus. Must have a personal laptop.
