Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit potential customers and retailers in assigned territory Promote and sell company products (e.g., dairy/FMCG products) to achieve sales targets Develop strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients Take orders, collect payments, and ensure timely delivery coordination Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and follow-ups Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and promotions Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred Experience: 0–3 years in field sales or similar roles Language Skills: Local language proficiency; basic English/Hindi is a plus Other Requirements: Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and travel extensively Self-motivated with a target-driven approach Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,861.04 - ₹30,475.96 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7030057211
