A Sales Executive for a showroom is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance on products to ensure a satisfying shopping experience. The role involves demonstrating product features, preparing quotations, negotiating prices, and closing sales while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Sales Executive maintains product displays, ensures the showroom is clean and organized, and keeps updated knowledge of current promotions and new arrivals. Additionally, they handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, build long-term customer relationships, and coordinate with the inventory and billing teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
