Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Route Sales Representative in Kollam area. As a Route Sales Representative, you will take orders on assigned routes. You will be key in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a predetermined route for sales.

- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling our products to new and existing customers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Regularly monitor and report on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations

- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

- Actively participate in training programs and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques

Qualifications:

- Degree or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus

- Proven sales experience, preferably in a route sales or direct sales role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
