Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Representative to expand our dealer/distributor network for Safe Walker Baton products. The primary responsibility will be to identify, evaluate, and appoint new distributors across targeted regions, ensuring effective market coverage and brand visibility. This role does not involve direct end-customer sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist potential distributors/dealers for Safe Walker Baton products in assigned territories.
• Conduct market research to understand distributor potential, competition presence, and territory opportunities.
• Onboard and train new distributors on product knowledge, pricing, and sales strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth distributor setup — documentation, logistics, and product supply.
• Monitor distributor performance, sales volume, and payment collections.
• Plan and execute regional marketing or promotional activities in coordination with distributors.
• Provide regular reports and feedback on distributor progress and market trends.

Key Requirements

• Education: 12th Standard or higher
• Experience: 0-1 years in sales, dealer/distributor appointment, or territory development but not necessary
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in industrial & defence safety products, hardware distribution, or consumer durable channels will be preferred.

Performance Metrics

• Number of new distributors appointed per quarter.
• Achievement of coverage and revenue targets through appointed distributors.
• Market development and brand visibility growth.
