We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell lubricant oil and two-wheeler spare parts in Kanpur and surrounding areas. The role involves identifying and developing new customers (retailers, mechanics, auto shops), maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, achieving monthly sales targets, promoting company products and offers, monitoring competitor activities, and ensuring timely payment collections. The ideal candidate should be at least 12th pass/graduate, have good communication and convincing skills, be self-motivated, target-driven, and preferably have prior experience in lubricant oil or auto spare parts sales. We offer a fixed salary plus attractive incentives, travel allowance, and growth opportunities based on performance.
